Adaptive reuse as I call it. My previous client moved on to another home in the suburbs of Chicago. As a result, another close friend purchased the existing single family home-mansion and I was hired to convert it into 8 duplex apartment. This project is underway with me performing all Design-Build services.

I have designed 3 private residential homes for The Ragsdale Family. I performed all the Construction Management service (inclusive of a total gut rehab), Interior Design/Renovation and Decorating services.
The feature (the 2nd residential home for The Ragsdale Family) was actually designed on a napkin. On a Saturday morning, I was sitting in the Wishbone Restaurant on Washington Ave in Chicago, IL and by using the 9 square design concept principle, I conceptualized a ground up, new construction, contemporary mansion.
